1. For KH characters this rp is set 3 years post game. There is no set time line for any other series.
2. The gate can bring dead characters back to life.
3. Your character has been taken from their world and dropped onto one of these planets. You may choose how long they have been there.
4. You can travel between any of the centerverse worlds but not back to your character's home world. (Unless it's an event from the gate.)
5. Please no crack fandoms or celebrity role players (This game is purely fiction). If you're not sure if your character counts as crack fandom, ask a mod.
6. There is no character limit as long as you know you can keep all of them active.

General RP Rules:
1. No God-modding.
You have control over your character and your character only. You may not write actions for any other character, nor can your character become ridiculously over-powered (determined by the mods).2. Respect the other players
You will have 3 warnings for god-modding before being banned.
You don't have to like everyone, but you still need to treat everyone with respect. No Bashing!3. Please stay in character
We all have different views on what motivates any character, but still there are some things that are blatantly not cannon. Some things for fun are ok, just don't go overboard.4. All pairings and ratings are welcome
Yaoi/Yuri/Het whatever you want, just label any log that goes beyond platonic. Anything rated R or NC-17 must be labeled so in the subject line.5. Roleplay will take place mostly in journals. If you choose to log on AIM or anywhere else, post the log in the main community.
6. Stay active
You need to post at least once or twice every two weeks to be considered active. If you are going to be away for a long period of time, please inform everyone on the ooc community so we don't worry :)7. When in doubt, ask a Mod.

Filing a complaint
To keep bickering and ooc drama out of the game we have provided a method to file a complain about either a mun or something on the game. Please take note that this is not a open opportunity to bash and rant about a fellow player so please keep it down to the bare facts. Only the mods will know who you are and we will not reveal to the player who is complaining about them.
The means for a complaint are as followed. Uncharacteristic actions from a character, Personal attacks on one of the game bored, continuous rule breaking, or if it's about something in the game tell us it's "Game related". This is not for sending us complaints about the mun them self and your personal dislike of another person on the game unless they are bringing said drama out through their character/characters. Also, please only send one complaints per problem. We'd rather not get the same complaint five times from the same person. ^^;;

Proof: (Proof on what you're complaining about and why you believe this character is violating either a rule or their character's characterization.)

When this is filled out please send it via E-mail at moogling.it.up@gmail.com and we'll look it over as soon as we can.
Penalties:After a certain amount of complaints either of 3 different violations or from 3 different people on the same violation mod action will be taken in the form of different warnings via the mods.
Penalty one: If you do receive 3 complaints there will either be a group talk with one or more mods via chat or e-mail (depends how bad the complaint). If you've been here long enough you know we don't bite and take in your side of the story to. Here you can talk to the mods as to why you believe you've been wrongly accused and settle on a compromise.
Penalty two: If you receive 3 more complaints again
you will once again be spoken to by either one or more mods and posting access will be put to a pause until a compromise is once again met.
Penalty three: If you once again receive 3 or more complaints this would be your one last mod warning. This will lead to a group talk with the mods. If by this point you are still receving it does draw concern and if there is no compromise met by the end of this last warning you will be asked to leave.Ugly business aside we as that you have fun and be creative.
